1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

⚠️ Health & Safety Notice: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. We cannot accept returns for any items that have been opened.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all requests.

Ship items back using a trackable service (Customer covers costs).

4. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds: Once inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Receive a damaged product? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
