Thank you for choosing PURE DIFFUSER. We are committed to delivering our Pure Mate™ botanical inhalers to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer transparent shipping rates to ensure you get the best value. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or local carrier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your Pure Mate™ journey directly on our website via our [Tracking Page].
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to the following regions: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and most European countries.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: PURE DIFFUSER is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Issues
PURE DIFFUSER is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@purediffuser.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
