📌 Program Rules & Details

To keep things fair and simple, here are some important details:

1.  Points Activation
  • Points are added to your account once your order is marked as completed/shipped. 
  • If an order is cancelled or refunded, the related earned points will be deducted.
2.  Points Used on Cancelled/Refunded Orders 
  • If you used points to pay for an order that was later cancelled or refunded, the redeemed points will not be returned. Only the cash/credit portion of your payment will be refunded. 
3.  Expiration 
  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. 
4.  Usage Limitations 
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. 
  • Points cannot be applied to shipping fees, taxes, or gift card purchases. 
  • Points may not be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated. 
5.  Account Requirement 
  • You must have a registered customer account to earn and redeem points. Guest checkout orders do not qualify. 
6.  Program Changes 
  • Pure reserves the right to update or modify the Rewards Program terms at any time.
